First, transfer to his school. This wont work unless you are at the same school. You should try to acclimate to the community, you know, get to know the clicks and where everything is before initiating anything. Then try to get into one of his classes. He takes basic French (cuz he's not very good at it lolz), so you should take that. Once you feel confident enough to proceed, the teacher should seat you next to Falco because that's how schools work. At first, Falco will think you are stuck up, which is good, you don't want him to think you are a slut. After you spend enough time showing off in class (remember, you are the class clown), you need to pair up with him for your science project (this will throw him off since this is your French class). Falco will try to get out of doing any work (he spends most of his time training, which might explain why his grades are so bad, lolz). Offer to help him with his math homework (he REALLY sux at math, lolz) if he agrees to put in serious effort into the project. If he still doesn't cooperate (this can happen), tell his mom. His mom is one of his weakness's that many of the pro's are quick to exploit (ask Tavo), plus, it's always fun to watch his mother hit him. Once you've finally got him to cooperate, say that you should study at the library. Don't walk, it's too far. You'll need to take the bus or ask his dad for a ride (hopefully, he hasn't gotten drunk by then). When you finally make it to the library make sure to be extra quiet or else you will have to fight the Librarian. She's not unlockable but you can get her with AR(Action Replay) and is harder than event 51. After you and Falco have made some decent headway into the project, compliment him on his contributions. This will get him to lower his defenses just a little, which is a key to victory. He should walk you to your house if you've done everything right so far, but if he doesn't don't worry, you can still win. The next day, give him some of your notes so he can use them with his half of the project. DON'T FORGET TO PUT THEM IN A BINDER, I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH. For the rest of the week, try to pretend like you are too busy to work on the project with him. He'll start to get pissed (because the binder makes him want to work on the project, DUH). Eventually he'll stop you in front of the nurses office and ask why you keep avoiding him. Be sure to not to look him in the eyes until AFTER he's done asking you. When you do, he'll blush and look away. This is when you tell him to meet you after the big game on Friday. He'll mumble an okay and shuffle off. NOTE: Before you go, sneak into the nurses office and steal her pencil. You'll need this to unlock Dr. Mario later. On thursday, tell a few of your classmates that Falco is failing the class. The girls will tell everyone else (because they are girls) and Falco will come to class pissed off. Now, later in the period, Falco will have to go to the bathroom (he has to go potty a lot when he is mad lolz). After he leaves, stick a switchblade in his backpack, but leave it so that it can easily fall out. When Falco comes back, roughhouse with him a little bit (this is part of the plan) and 'accidentally' push him so he trips over his backpack, knocking the switchblade across the floor to where the teacher can see it. The teacher will send him to the principal and the principal will suspend him. Falco will then be yelled at by his folks when he gets home. They'll scream and fight and Falco will run away. On friday, go to the big game. After what happened at school (he wont know it was your fault), it may seem like he wont show up. WRONG. He'll show up, and ask you to follow him under the bleachers. He'll start talking about all the crap in his life and you'll listen patiently, and then he'll tell you that he's joined the army and that he's going to Afghanistan and is going to leave everyone behind. Look him in the eyes when he says that and he'll look away and blush. If you did everything right so far (since being at the library), he SHOULD add that there was someone he wishes he wasn't going to leave behind. Take a couple steps forward, and he'll do the same. Then, look him in the eyes and walk up to him. Keep your eyes focused. He should be blushing like crazy now. Just when he is about to lean in, a bleacher seat will break and the broken end will impale itself into his skull. You win!
This is how I beat him. It took me a few tries, but I used Kirby. A good character to try this with is DK, since Falco likes a lot of body hair. But not Fox, cuz they're related.

My favorite day of the week is Friday. Because it will always give me a special gift, and that is Saturday.
